Again, a lot of stuff missing because I just don't have the assets. Still, I think this looks pretty good.
There's a teleporter/elevater at the base of the large tower (past the wave/item books) that brings you to the observation window on the tower. There is another teleporter on the elevated platform with the large disk which leads to the statue.
