Finally finished the tweaks for U10, and with what I personally consider to be the best* fast handling mod currently released for U10 because of how it compensates for the downfalls of an overpowered attack ruining the fluidity of a duel (while still permitting increased strength) and is far more accessible for users looking to change the values to hone in on their ideal experience.
