(U9) Semi-incompatible with Slicing Dismemberment. Slicing Dismemberment causes more than just the shoulders, knees, and head to be cut with the anime slice and the game can't handle it.
Hold down alternate use (spell wheel on Oculus, thumb pad for Index) to activate the ability, and release to deactivate. Spinning the weapon with telekinesis will also activate the ability, allowing you to slice multiple enemies very quickly all at once.
