Well I could update it really easily but I don't think I'll do it because another mod which is way better was published and updated, which allows to spawn dummies, enemies and allies, so I don't really see the point of this mod anymore. https://www.nexusmods.com/bladeandsorcery/mods/3716
i tried out their mod and was left very disappointed. My "allies" will attack , but they completely clip through the people they fight with each swing as do their opponents. In short it just leave both sides swinging at each other and hitting nothing but air. also their spell fires in a straight line and doesnt allow me to guide it so i cant put allies on the tops of stairs and if the spot i want my ally is far away i have no chance of putting them where i want and they keep falling to their death when they spawn in high up on a wall.
Finally, comparing your mod to theirs is like comparing a wrench to a multi-tool. Functionality is lost on what i want when the modder has all these other functionalities they want to add. all i want is a quality ally spawner without all the fluff that comes with their mod.
All bugs related to allies attack just clipping through the ennemies are very likely to also happen with this mod, as it is a bug caused by the U10 version. As for the straight line thing, I can still update this mod, but really except the guidable projectiles, my mod doesn't have anything better than the other.
Probably not, because you'd have to modify the script, but only I can access it. It generates random NPCs, and I'm not sure about how to make it generate a single type of NPC.
I get it, the .dll has that responsibility. I'd think there is a way to make it spawn one type of NPC, I can't see your script so I don't know how you did it, but maybe the answer lies within the action group spawning a character as the Waves would do, since the knight wave only spawns NPCs in Knight armor, so you could figure it out with that in mind.
I am not sure I could use this way, as it is very different from what I use now. The script is just generating a NPC with random characteristics and spawns it where the projectile's collision happen.
