Initial Release
A spell that allows you to steal the weapon out of the hands of any npc by pointing your hand towards them and holding trigger. This allows you to 1. take their weapon and attack them with it. 2. take one of their weapons (dual wielders) and leave them with one, and 3. remove their ability to block attacks, allowing for an easy kill.
