This is Gael's Greatsword from Dark Souls III: The Ringed City.
The blade may get stuck inside of people when stabbing, unfortunately, I have no idea to fix this, sorry.
Hopefully, I'll finish the Ringed Knight Straight Sword and the Fume Knight Ultra Greatsword soon, but no promises.
