This is the basic lightning spell with the damage, charge time, and more adjusted. (Does not replace lightning spell)

Hi everyone, this is the first mod I'm posting on Nexusmods (I've made a sword in unity before but didn't upload it). This mod is the lightning spell but yellow (also does more damage, charge time is shorter, and more) that is supposed to be a hamon overdrive from one of my favorite shows called "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure." Please enjoy this mod!
