Medieval Mega Pack actually has a cestus only wave in U10. It's not a perfect replacement but it does have more accurate hitboxes and is a nice hold-over. Kicks and stuff would be nice though, and this mod could act as a more "perfect" fisticuffs experience
The only problem with medieval megapack doing it is when the enemies get knocked down, they don't get back up and fight, they try to get a caestus first so it isn't the best.
any plans on updating this to u10? and if so, do you have an estimate for when you update it? i dont expect it to be anytime soon since you said this mod wasn't really a priority, but i used to use it a lot so i felt the need to ask

I've been fairly busy so I haven't had much time to work on modding in general, but I have helped someone else out a bit who's going to release their own unarmed waves mod. I'll drop a link to it in a post here once it's out. You didn't come off as rude at all, but I appreciate your concern. It's somewhat low on my modding priority list currently but probably at some point. If I can get custom animations figured out now that they're officially supported I may try my hand at making them punch properly.
Vortex says its an incompatible version with 9.3, and I've seen other people talking about how it doesn't work for 9 either, so I checked the files themselves and the JSON file says it's for 8.4. Is this an upload mistake, or is the version mislabelled?
It was originally made for 8.4 but it still works for 9.3, so if Vortex allows you to just ignore the warning and use it anyway just do that. If Vortex won't let you use it period I can update it quickly with the fixed version number.
