Want a fair and balanced weapon?
Well I can't help you there, but
Do you want an overpowered weapon that shreds NPCs instantly?
Now with that, that I can help you. It's a simple minigun mod that shreds NPCs like no tomorrow, and can be fun as hell. If you consider the bullets not one shot killing the NPCs balanced, then yes its balanced (but it's not)
You can change various values in the json if you feel like it needs tweaking
