Adds Tusk's nailshooter ability from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Steel Ball Run to your game.

The ability is manifested through the "spin"-rings around your finger. When you press the trigger button you can shoot out one of your blue nails. Since you only have 5 nails per finger you have to reload after 5 shots. This is done by pressing the spell-button.
This whole concept was only able to exist due to the awesome firearm-framework of SwordFishL42. Shout out to him. He helped me with a lot of my questions (very helpful, reliable guy).
The SFX for the nail-shot and the reload are taken from the JJBA: Eyes of Heaven videogame.
The particle-system, textures and models are made by me.
