could you please update this to 8.3? and also the older versions as well? i'd like to get version 1.1 the newer version of tesla beam is waaaayy too op, and utility wasnt really tesla focused and felt out of place, hence why i would like the older version to also be updated
you could add a spell that allows u to punch npcs and it electrocutes them, and for visuals, it electrocutes your arm that has activated while you have this charged up you could also add a spell that when you take damage you can release a electric shock wave like the gravity merge spell but it electrocutes them and is much bigger but goes away immediately
So I found a way to update the mod manually at home DIY. In mod folder open "Containers" and then open "Container_CustomSpell_json" with text editor(notepad++ for example), and paste this:
WHEN YOU UPDATE THIS PLEASE MAKE IT SO YOUR ACTUAL BODY GIVES OFF ELECTRICITY! not shoots it out put almost like how thor looks when he goes gods mode if ya know what i mean
im a bit confused, you are saying now that the mod only adds 2 new spells when it actually is adding 5. also have you turned down the color vibrancy on the green and red ones?
i dont really like utility. i think it does...just a bit TOO much if you ask me. luckily the way spells work i can just choose not to use it and keep the 2 old ones that i liked.
but yeah im not sure why util is here because other than the fact that it can use lightning when its near enemies...it kinda feels like its own standalone spell.
okay so after actually testing it out the biggest issue i have with utility after using it is that it really doesnt feel like its electric based. i mean honestly, the only feature that it has electricity wise is that it electricutes anything it hits, and i found that one part to be really really annoying. As for the beam, i dont like how its instantly charged. too op especially considering it can one shot everything when imbued. but luckily, thats configurable.
so im guessing the old version of the mod isnt being fixed? That sucks as i really prefer that version. the longer charge made up for how OP the beam was. and while i really liked the coil as well, i just definitely didnt want it pink. oh well. atleast i still have the version of the mod from before you changed the colors. also i want to point out that you are still offering the original 3 spells without describing what they do.
