About this mod
Unlock a powerful new spell! Summon an icy wind that freezes enemies and slows (or completely stops) their movement. Also you can imbue your weapon!

How to use:
-Equip it just like you'll equip lightning (remember that the left spell wheel is bugged)
-Cast it at an enemy to slow it down, until you completely freeze it.
-Cast it with a weapon equiped to imbue it with freeze energy, dealing ice damage on each hit.
The Particle System is quite performance heavy, if you're experiencing lag, go to the mod folder, open Level_IceWindSettings.json and set "addParticlesNPC": false
