Have you updated all your gun packs to be hitscan based instead of projectile based? That'd allow the guns to kill at point blank like they would in real life, which can't be said of the projectile based guns, as the projectile has to accelerate to a certain speed before it can lethally hit a target, and thus needs a lot of distance between the gun wielder and their target.
