I don't know. I can't seem to increase the grab radius even with scripted modding and beyond that there isn't too much to do to make the mod that useful anymore.
It used to make the punch damager a little different and switch up some fx, but the punching fx have actually gotten pretty decent. The punch damager could use a little work but imo it's not worth updating the mod for one little json change. The only other thing I think I could do is make enemies throwable by their wrists.
