Thank you all for the kind comments this was a mod that was recommended for me to do on discord so here it is
The weapon is located in the Blunt category
Just like in bloodborne you can imbue this weapon in lightning by pressing the spell button

I did get my hands on almost every single weapon in elden ring dlc included so even tho i have my own list i invite you to send me a message directly on nexus or discord
