This mod works by attaching an item to the players head bone whenever they possess a creature, as such the collision isn't perfect. If it were perfect you wouldn't be able to headbutt people due to how small the players head really is.
There is a glaring problem with this, each time you try and headbutt, the body moves forward and pushes any enemy out of the way. There's nothing I can do about this but holding the enemy allows you to get a good headbutt in.
To modify the mod, navigate to the filepath "Headbutt/Bodies/Item_Body_Headbutt" and scroll down until you see the Headbutt Modifier module. You can then customise each part manually using the guide below <3
Damage Multipliers:
1 is the default, increasing this above about 5 will one shot enemies.
Collider Modifiers:
+Radius = increases the size, the default shape if Height is 1 will be a Sphere +Height = Increases the length of the collider, if Radius is at 1.1 the default shape will be a Sphere
Item Position:
+X = Down -X = Up +Y = Right -Y = Left +Z = Forwards -Z = Backwards
