So i been trying to mods this game for a while and i finaly found  a way to be able to have access to the texture and model which is a 267Go files and while i was working on that on a mod for borderlands 2 i remembered that both games run on unreal engine 3 and that Borderlands 2 had splash screen so i just copied the files from my mod on borderlands 2 to bioshock infinite and boom it work so i just took some picture and put hem in the right format and Voila simple as that.




English/Anglais:
Installation:
1 Rename the picture that you want to Splash and if you dont use pictures that are provided by the mod, just make sure that the files is a bmp extension.
2 For steam user go to H:\My Games\Steam\steamapps\common\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Splash\PC       both  the Splash and PC folder dont' exist create them and inside of the PC folder add the Splash.bmp
If you have any issue check the Example folder 

French/Français:
Installation:
1 Renommer la photo que vous voullez utilisez par Splash et si vous voullez utiliser une photo qui n'est pas dans le mode ,soyez juste sure que le fichier est d'extension bmp.
2 Aller dans H:\My Games\Steam\steamapps\common\BioShock Infinite\XGame\Splash\PC   Les dossier Splash et PC n'existe pas donc créé les puis ajouter le fichier Splash.bmp dans le dossier PC
