Fixes some cases where you can get worse loot with more loot chance.

This mod alters the loot tables so that a higher roll is always a better one. It does this mostly by reordering entries in the loot tables.
I was finding that the game was using loot chance as the minimul roll on these table. So with over 90% loot chance it was only using the top entry. And if that entry had nothing in it you no longer got anything from that loot source. This was the case with the most common types of respawning enemies.
To install place the pak file inside the "Biomutant/Content/Paks" folder inside the installation folder.
