It's sad that Urbanmech, while is meant to be a weak, but that's just sad. Here's an upgrade, while still embracing the quirks of the Urbanmech. It's still relatively weak compared to something like Black-Jack because much of it's weight consume so much armor, so it's relatively balanced.
Improved movespeed to match that of Centurion -- still the slowest Light-Mech.
Has better hardpoints; 2B + 2S on RA, 3E + 1S on LA, 1E + 1S on LT.

+ 6 Tons worth of armor, has max-armor and structure equal to that of 55-tonner..
