      Wow,
      
      First off that is a major change to the UI... NEAT!
      Secondly it will make assembling your lance much less thought intensive and allows a more controlled planning of your movements.
      Thirdly I feel the new Initiative, while not the same as CTB, brings it back to the Spirit of the original game. THANKS for your efforts on this!
