Bug fixes:
1. Trebuchet center torso armor maximum fixed (was 120, now 160)
2. The Centurion A added after Weldry is now just a regular Centurion, and not a medium laser only version.

Mods:
1. Base defense buildings should now have roughly double their base HP.

2. Character creation choices no longer give stat points, you start with 2 in everything.  6200 starting XP allocated.

3. Tutorial, escape from Coromodir, and Majesty Metals missions skipped.  

4. 4 starting pilots (Behemoth, Dekker, Glitch, Medusa) also set to 2/2/2/2 stats and XP given 6200 starting XP.

5. Your starting mech now semi-randomized.  
1 day after the game starts, an event will fire letting you choose your starting mech from 4 different categories.  Your actual mech is randomly selected from four mechs in that category:
Light: equal chance of (Firestarter, Jenner, Panther, Urbanmech)
Slow medium: equal chance of (Centurion AL, Enforcer, Hunchback, Vindicator)
Fast medium: equal chance of (Griffin, Kintaro, Trebuchet, Wolverine)
Heavy: equal chance of (Cataphract, Catapult, Grasshopper, Thunderbolt)

Installation:
Copy the non 'backup' folders into your [...]\BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data folder
choose to over-write the files.

Open your VersionManifest.csv file (in [...]\BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data) and paste the lines from 'version manifest add lines.txt' onto the bottom, but before the ending comma

Uninstall:

Copy the files from the 'backup' directory to your [...]\BATTLETECH\BattleTech_Data\StreamingAssets\data folder and choose overwrite
Open your version manifest file and remove the added line(s)

or

Just chose to verify the integrity of your local files (at least in the Steam version...)
