Obviously, these are non-Canon. Figured BT and TOS are almost similar, so why not. I'd probably not add weapons already similar to what BT has as that would be redundant.
Weapons Added:
*Black Ray Gun - Basically, a lower damage, shorter ranged LL but capable of doing Stability Damage.
*Cold Light Gun - Higher Damage, Shorter Ranged LL. Less Heat Generation also, but removed accuracy bonus. (Wanted to add a "Cooling" Effect
to target hit as the downside of this, but still having trouble with the coding, so if anyone can help with this, please feel free
to do so.)
*EM Pulser - no damage, but disrupts sensors (Sensor Range and Accuracy). +1 difficulty to Accuracy for the user as well.
*Meson Guns - Light and Heavy. The idea here is that it causes internal damage, so to translate this into the game, I was thinking it should behave
a little like the MG (less damage to armor but more to internals, and also a chance to disrupt systems, probably like PPC)
*Tesla Bolt - More like an AC20 counterpart of the PPC ->shorter range, higher damage
These would be available in planets with a Blackmarket.
*I've also included a new Pilot (Reaper from the Doom movie)
Requires Battletech Mod Loader and ModTek by mpstark.
BattleTechModLoader
Modtek
Future Plans:
Add Neutron Blasters (very difficult accuracy modifier, has a chance to cause direct injury but no damage to mech whatsoever).
Add Melee Weapons (Vibra Claw, etc)
Changes #2 - Updated Mesons again. Added New Ammo Bins for both gauges.
Added 2 Weapons - Cold Light Gun and EM Pulser
Changes #1 - Updated Mesons. Reverted to use added ammoboxes which uses MG base while i still work around the intended armor-internal damage
ratio.
Issue: With BT as is, if you're using MG with this, well, the ammo count would skyrocket.
Updated Ammobox - changed Ammo Type. Again, for now, will use MG base. Former uploaded file was from my previous ammo test.
should work fine now.
Installation:
Just drop in your Battletech\Mods folder.
Credits to LadyAlekto for pointing out what i need for coding. I'm still fiddling around with the codes to see what works.
