About this mod
This mod normalises enhanced weapons to remove outliers. It also enhances LosTec to fall at approximately between the new ++ to +++ range of the base weapon.
Several bugged weapons are fixed and a couple of weapons are lightly rebalanced.

Most base weapons are exactly as in vanilla except for a couple of exceptions and the LosTec weapons, this means that for stock loadouts balancing is almost exactly the same as vanilla, mostly only the enhanced weapons have changed. The purpose of this mod is less about balancing weapon classes against each other and more about slowing and normalising the increases in performance for enhanced weapons.
There are two exceptions to this:
PPC weapons have had heat specifically lowered by 5 to bring them into line with other weapon classes.
Machine guns have had damage lowered by 1 and shot count increased by 1 (because my crazy weapon balance script keeps freaking out that they are too good!)
I have a rating script I run over the weapons folder and although it's pretty abitrary it is worth noting that with just the normalisation you get the following maximum versus minimum changes:
Vanilla: The very bugged SRM6 + + Holly is about 3 times as effective as the ER M Laser SCI, even the not bugged SRM6 + + + Valiant is still 2.5 times as effective.
Normalised: The unmodified Gauss Rifle SCI is about 1.5 times as effective as the lightly buffed PPC Magna or unmodified Flamer Skylight.
Several weapons that had actual bugged values have been corrected (these were not visible in the UI but had an effect in game).
Accuracy modifiers are unchanged.
Critical modifiers are unchanged.
Damage modifiers are changed to approximately +10% per step.
Stability modifiers are changed to approximately +20 - 30% per step.
Some weapons like LRMs are limited to one step for each of damage or stability because the low initial values meant anything above +1 was unbalanced.
LosTec have been rebalanced to be just below the +++ variant of base, with the exception of the ER PPC as there is no PPC +++ it has been given hypothetical values in line with other weapons.
Pulse Lasers have been significantly reworked to use multiple shots along with being rebalanced.
