Makes the Auger Probe skill have a 10 second cool down thats it.

Makes the Auger Probe skill have a 10 second cool down thats it. its nice because then you can use long range weapons at long range with no escort ships needed.
This is meant for single player only! and should not work for multiplayer.
For those that will complain about balance or not playing the game the way it was meant to be i don't care. no one is forcing you to download the mod and use it.
To use this file you have to disable Easy anti cheat or EAC for short this is done on steam by right clicking on the game going to properties click on set launch options and put in " -NoEAC " minus the quotes

- Make a back up of the file" Ships_Skills.csv " located at \Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefleet Gothic Armada II\BattlefleetGothic2\Content\Data\CSVData ( i make a folder on my desktop and call it "Originals" that way i know where they are)
- Download this file
- Unzip
- place the unziped file at \Steam\steamapps\common\Battlefleet Gothic Armada II\BattlefleetGothic2\Content\Data\CSVData and replace
- play!
