About this mod

So uh yeah, don't like the Optical sights so I remodelled them into a crappy aperture sight that you can still use the different crosshairs with but I'd recommend using the dot from now on if you use this. just a small thing that makes the game look more WW1 appropriate with the modding limitations and my own limitations. hope ya like it!

Requirements
Permissions and credits
To get this and any other mod to work on the new EA app:
1. Run the game at least once before modding (then close it again)
2. Open Frosty Mod Manager
3. Select your EA app game (in this case Battlefield 1)
4. At the top press "Tools" and then press "Options"
5. At the top press "Launch Options"
6. Enable "Platform Launching Enabled" with the tick box checked
7. In "Platform" underneath change your launcher to "EADesktop"
8. Open the game through Frosty and it should work

if you haven't modded Battlefield 1 before all you do is download this mod manager here (1.0.6.0)
then you download the mod file
then you get the mod manager with the game stuff set up
then you just drop the zip file mod you downloaded, don't unzip it just shove it in their and apply it and it should be good to go

New version has increased aperture size for better use on smg's and automatic weapons, a thinner front sight notch and the optical sights at the front? yeah, they're all gone now so its just and aperture sight. also the textures have been assigned properly now so it actually looks better. I'm working on completely reduxing this mod by using the actual aperture model that was going to be in the game but got cut out for some reason idk but yeah that's coming at some point.
