Known Bugs
If your starting bros are higher than level 1 and roll gifted, you unlock the perk without getting the level up.
Potion of Oblivion doesn't give back perk points for perks that were given for free.

• Updated beast slayer id so that beast slayers can roll their starting perks once again

Part 1 of a series of mods that seeks to add flavor and depth to the base game without making the gameplay experience feel completely different. This mod gives brothers a chance to begin with certain perks in the perk tree unlocked by default depending on the background they belong to.

The overarching goal is to make backgrounds more interesting and have higher maximum potential, without buffing their base potential by too much (except for some backgrounds that really do need the help).

Specific details on which backgrounds can get which perks with what chances can be found on the spreadsheets here:

• Drop the .zip file you download from me into this folder.
• It's that easy; you should be able to play the game with this mod enabled!
