About this mod
Remove the Lv requirementr for some attribute growth event, so that just let your excellent farmhand and cripple brother gain lv and exp normally.

Lv Requirement removed event:
1-cripple_pep_talk_event
*plus cooldown to 5 days
2-rookie_gets_hurt_event
3-combat_drill_event
4-farmer_old_tricks_event
This should enable you to do level up as it should without jealousy of the potential attribute gain
Additional-Death Time removed event:
5-hate_greenskins_event
6-hate_undead_event
I did this simply because I don't want to intensionally send some new recruits to die to gain the trait.
