Because Legends mod allow brother to heal in camp, priest in temples got much less work, they had to expand their business, so they started to also give lessons about medicine, faith, peacefull life or fighting undeads

This mod allow to buy perks (add them to perktree, but you will still need to spend a skillpoint to learn them) in temples. Cost is related to skill "level" (in which row this skill is -> cost = row*500). Works good with my other mod and the same way - you will have to spend skillpoint to learn bought skill - let's not make this game too easy
