Initial release. All named weapons are given a perk, chosen from themed lists. No save compatability, legends only.
All named weapons spawn with a perk in addition to their existing modifiers. Each weapon can get perks from a few categories, depending on the base weapon; a fencing sword may come with a perk like Overwhelm and Duelist, where a Heavy Rusty Axe may have more brutal perks like Fearsome and Executioner.
This is the first version of the mod, so feedback is appreciated, especially if anything breaks.
This is not compatible with Vanilla, and will only work for new saves created with this mod.
