This mod makes the compensation fee paid when dismissing a brother take into account various factors.
In general, it's cheaper now to fire people, and firing somebody you just hired is free. But if you try to fire a guy who's injured or crippled, or dump somebody in the middle of nowhere (especially alone in hostile territory), your men will expect you to pay compensation for that.
Installation: Just drop the .zip file into your game's data directory. No need to unzip it. NOTE: mod_hooks ("modding script hooks") v16 or later must be installed.
This mod conflicts with others that modify ui\screens\character\modules\character_screen_left_panel\character_screen_left_panel_header_module.js.
- The length of time served
- The bro's daily wage
- Hit point loss, injuries, and the cost of medicine and time needed to recover
- Distance from town, and whether the bro is dumped in hostile or friendly territory
