Changes permanent injuries as long temporary injuries. Now they will be healed in 10 to 40 days (like in "No more permanent injuries").
Tested with legends. Works Fine.

- small fix for legends
- Added simple config file, now you can easely change injury time for whatever you wants!
Just open mod_healable_injury.zip /scripts/config/healing.nut with any text editor
Change numbers as you want
::Healable_injury.HealingTimeMin <- 10;
::Healable_injury.HealingTimeMax <- 40;
