Colors direction and other important info in rumors to make it easier to notice.

This is a spiritual successor to mods like Detailed Rumors and Cut to the Chase, and effectively a different approach to achieving the same goal as Evident Rumors.
I have written this with compatibility and ease of updating in mind, and therefore the script is completely different to all the aforementioned mods. It uses mod_hooks and is compatible with Legends, and any other mod that adds additional rumors. (though colors may show up in unintended rumors if the author of a mod doesn't use the same naming scheme as vanilla rumor groups).

- Anything related to a location will be colored blue
- Anything related to a famed item will be colored red
