Press shift+P to pause the game during combat. Change the keybind via the Mod Settings menu, use BBParser to make it stick between campaigns (or edit the file directly, it's rather straightforward.)
To install: -download the file and place it into \Battle Brothers\data\ without unzipping. -you'll need modding script hooks and MSU
