Increases the size of the map, adds more towns and more noble houses

Update: This mod is outdated, I recommend using the campaign map config mod instead
Beware, some of these changes push the game to its limits. I've tried to find the edge and back off, but it probably depends on your system. Expect longer load times and occassional visual artefacts.
It won't work in an existing game because worlds are generated with each new run. Backing up your saved files is advised.
- Increases the map size from 140x140 to 210x210, which more than doubles the total map area
- Increases the number of towns on the map 19 to 27, doubling the number of coastal towns while keeping big towns and forts rare
- Increases the possible noble houses on one map up from 3 to 6
- Also adds six new Noble AI archetypes:
- Questing warriors
- Populist authoritarian
- Surveilance police state
- Iron fisted collector
- Beloved schemers
- Altruistic Maurauders
