Overview
Often during my 800+ hours playing this incredible game, I have found myself needing to make just one more attack to change a brother's fate. Alas, I could not, and that brigand raider who was down to 1 health point ended up mashing my poor, fool soldier's head like a potato before he himself collapsed of blood loss. No more, I say!
This mod adds dual wielding versions of most single-handed weapons in the game.
Features
-Reduces AP cost of attacks to 3 down from 4
-Craft Dual wielding weapons at the Taxidermist
-Dagger Mastery perk further reduces dual wielding daggers' AP cost to 2 down from 3
Balance
-3 AP cost for attack allows for more attacks
-Dual wielding weapons lose the 25% bonus damage from double gripping
-Fatigue penalty for carrying dual weapons is doubled, because you are carrying two
-Using all three attacks on a turn uses a lot of fatigue
-3 AP attacks allow for more mobility on the battlefield, opening up new tactical options
Installation
As with most mods, simply put the .zip folder inside the data directory of your battle brothers game file. You don't need to unzip it. Because most of the scripts are unique, this mod should work well with others, but please report any issues you are having.
