Makes paymaster visible and reduces requirement for origins with less than 16 max bros, allowing all origins to hire the paymaster.

Updated for 1.4.0.39 Patch where Paymaster was made invisible for origins with less than 16 max bros. Please re-download the mod if you had done so previously.
Although the paymaster requires 16 bros to hire, certain origins, namely Lone Wolf and Gladiators, are locked to a max of 12 bros, making it impossible for them to hire the paymaster, which is annoying as the paymaster is one of the best followers later in the game. This mod un-hides the paymaster, and lowers the requirement to the maximum number of bros you can hire (i.e. 12 for Lone Wolf), making it possible to hire the paymaster for these scenarios.
Do note that this change is only applied to origins with less than 16 max bros. Normal starts (where max bros are 16 or more) are not affected by this change. Should also work with other custom scenarios if they edit max roster size.
