6/30 just a small update no need to unzip the file now just put it in your data folder but it will still not work with any mod that use the same file which right now at the momment none.
7/1 now the mod is using hooks thanks to alexchg0106 so no need to worry about the mod compatibility anymore.
this is a pretty simple mod that i made by editing a single file which is settlement_modifiers thats why it won't work with any mod that edit this file ok so all that this mod do is increase your chance of finding named items in shops in other words increases the rarity and i made 2 version of it to chose from 25% and 50% more chance i don't realy know how to make it work with hooks for better comp right now so for now you will have to place the file in your data directory no need to unzip.
