Fixes the level-up behavior after using an Oblivion Potion on a Brother with the student perk.
The issue:
When leveling a brother from lvl1 and taking student, that perk counts towards perk-points-spent requirements for attaining higher level perks.
However, when using the Oblivion Potion to respec, you keep the student perk, but it no longer counts towards these requirements.
As a result there are some perk distributions which are attainable going from lvl 1 but not after respec.
This mod fixes that.
