Think brothers ought to enjoy the times they don't have to fight and still get paid instead of "feeling useless" in reserve? This mod removes the mood penalty for being in reserve and gives brothers with traits/backgrounds/injuries that would be "content in reserve" in vanilla a mood buff after staying in reserve for a battle if they are below eager mood. Alternatively there is also a version just removing the penalty and making traits/backgrounds/injuries giving "content in reserve" have no effect.
