This mod grants a perk every 5 veteran levels and allows talent stars to slightly increase attributes (so sometimes you get +2 instead of +1). It only applies to new veteran levels gained; it doesn't retroactively benefit existing veterans.
Installation: Drop the .zip file into your game's data directory. No need to unpack it. NOTE:mod_hooks ("modding script hooks") v16 or later must be installed.
