Arkham Origins is the only game where you need to re-unlock some of the gadgets in new game plus instead of starting with everything (the same goes for I am the night)
with this save file I made it so you not only have all upgrades at the start but also have all gadgets maxed out from the start, not only for new game but also for ng+ and I am the knight.
NOTE
Unfortunately I was not able to Mod some upgrades such as the Sonic Batarang and the other upgrades you unlock by completing side missions and the dark knight system, for some reason they wouldn't stay saved and would reset when I saved and exit.
so the only upgrades you need to unlock are the dark knight system upgrades and the side mission upgrades.
