Safe to use
PLEASE NOTE: As of right now this vehicle can only be selected for freeroam as I have yet to figure out how to make it selectable for the main menu challenges.
Drag and drop the content from this .rar over to your latest DLC folder in your "steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\DLC" location!
To uninstall, simply go to the Batman Arkham Knight\DLC\ folder location that you installed the mod under and delete the BatmobileDark1966 folder.
