I've been very eager to learn how to do this myself. I've been trying to do this with 2039 skin for Red Hood and the skin that's in the character trophy that's used at the end of the story with no jacket or hood. If you could give me any tips or point me in a good direction I'd appreciate it.
2039 suit over batman is very easy to do over Redhood, all that you have to do is decompress Playable_Batman_Beyond_SF, then open the file in your hex editor and look for "Playable_Batman_Beyond" and "Playable_Batman_Beyond_SF" and replace them with "Playable_DLCRedHood_By" and "Playable_DLCRedHood_By_SF". After that, create a .ini file to make the skin selectable and you're done!
And for having an accurate Story Redhood skin you would need to either make a custom ObjectReference in your skin UPK (I am working on that, haven't figured it out yet) that references the story redhood UPK. You could also Re-Index the Story Redhood skin and replace it with the Playable Redhood (I'm also working on that but the file structure of the .SkeletalMesh files that arkham uses is pretty unique).
That's how you would make both skins, hope that helps!
