Play as the CDL Operator from Call of Duty. The Primary and Alternate color scheme available.

Two things you need to be able to use this mod.
1. You need to Resorep to load custom textures.
2. You need to have the free roam mod installed and a console txt set up to mesh swap.
Check out MrJAG's YouTube channel for tutorials on how to install and set these things up.
The mesh swap uses a civilian's body and a thug's head & backwards cap. To get the civilian body, start a new game file and wait until Officer Owens appears on screen, then use can execute the console txt for the civilian body. To get the thug's head and cap, you need to have the rioter's showcase unlocked. Go view it and execute the console txt again to have those meshes. If you want RedHood's movement animations, load up a challenge map as Red Hood, then execute console txt again. And that's about it for loading all the meshes and animations. Then when you select story mode, dlc story, or challenge map to lad up, just spam the console txt key right up until the loading screen. If the game crashes, it means you did something wrong and/or skipped a step and you'll want to retrace your steps and refer back to MrJAG's tutorial and these instructions. Hope this all helps.
