Another idea that I had for a long time, until I figured out how to make it real! hope you all like them!
these Batmobile designs will shine really bright since they use the Riddler Batmobile as a base to do the glowing details of the cars

-Extreme Environment Batmobile (white paint with "hot warmers")
-Freeze Tech Batmobile (black paint with neon blue details)
To Install: unzip the file in any numbered folder inside the "DLC" folder of the game
Also a big Thank you to Luisv1119 and kbachani both helped me giving me a few pointers on how to find the stuff I was looking for and how to fix some small issues I had, like the showcase for the Extreme Environment Batmobile not looking pristine like in game
