Hello, this is my first mod, and I'd like to divide the description into three simple sections: a brief summary of my experience making this mod and why I made it; the second section: notices about the mod; and the third section will be credits and acknowledgments.
Experience
About a month ago, I made a suggestion on the Arkham server, and since no one else took it up, I decided to learn how to make mods myself. Batman is a significant character to me, and I wanted to pay homage to him through a mod in one of his games. That's basically why I made this.
Notices:
The mod seems to have some texture issues on low-end computers, but these usually resolve by restarting the game. If you know how to fix this bug, please contact me on Discord. My username is phoutfps.

The texture bug was fixed in the updated version.
