Finishing the Harley Quinn mod skin. Original design based on a "good guy" Harley.
Im not sure on how to name the mod, maybe Batfamily Harley, Heroic Harley or Reformed Harley, idk.
Mod doesnt need meshcodes, but there are some strechcodes (codes that goes in the console.txt but without needing to load anything) that hide some things like rings and straps and changes the hair and shoulder shape/size. These are optional tho, just recommended if you want to play it the way i like it.
There will be both masked and unmasked versions.
