A mod that adds The Batman Who Laughs from Injustice 2 Mobile to Batman: Arkham City.
Open the file "PCGame.ini" from "Batman Arkham City GOTY\BmGame\Config\PC"
and add this line to the ini file:
+PlayableCharactersV2=(BaseId=0, Id=XX, Name="Batman_WLaughs", bBad=false, Mask=0)
+PlayableCharactersV2=(BaseId=0, Id=XX, Name="Batman_WLaughsCoat", bBad=false, Mask=0)
Instead of XX write any number that is not used by other skins.
Extract the contents of the archive into the game folder and confirm the replacement.
Done.
