   For some reason for me the .exe files aren't doing anything. I tried putting them in the main folders but still nothing.
   
   When I download the UPKUtils and extract it...I then click on the .exe files and nothing happens.
   
   Am I doing something wrong?

      I suggest looking at the Asylum texture tools page if you want to know the specifics of how to use the exe files. https://www.nexusmods.com/batmanarkhamasylum/mods/105
      
      But for Arkham City, it's a lot easier for users to stick to the Alternate Textures approach as it's more automated.

      The tools are only compatible with Asylum and City.
