This does not make the game look over the top all it does is give the game a much more natural colour tone and also for what i can see i may be wrong removes that green haze on the screen or makes it less noticeable
RGTI: ok RGTI is kind of needed it should work with out but not using it may take a way from it as it is the base of my preset
FPS: the RGTI may cut out a few frames or a lot(depending on graphics card) should not worry as city is a pretty old game now
Problems:
1. RGTI is not its full name its full name is SSRGTI if you don't know what SS means its Screen Spaced meaning the light will not have ray tracing if not on screen nothing i can do
2. makes cutscenes look bad not my preset that's what they look like in the base game which is like 720p or even less if it really bugs you just set a hotkey to disable effects when in cutscenes
